Return Policy
Tessell8 will only accept goods for return which are either damaged or of poor quality.
If goods are damaged we must be notified at the time of delivery and no later. If you receive the goods as damaged you must inform the delivery driver of this and sign for the goods as damaged.
Requests for returns due to poor quality goods must be made in writing (via email) to our address (see contact details) within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please see our definition of ‘poor quality’.
We will pay shipping expenses for returned goods and will replace them at no cost in situations where they are either damaged or of poor quality.
In all other circumstances we reserve the right to charge for the additional shipping and return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Definition of poor quality goods
Poor quality goods are defined as goods where there has been a failure in the production process that has resulted in goods being produced that are neither marketable nor usable for the purpose for which they were designed. Where the quality issue has been caused by poor quality material (including, but not limited to, data, images, or other electronic or physical media) supplied by you, your company, your affiliates or a person or company approved by you to supply such material to us, we cannot be held responsible for the poor quality issue.
Refunds Policy
Since all documents are manufactured specifically to meet your order requirements material we produce cannot be used again and sold to other customers. Because of this we do not issue re-funds for goods which are ordered by mistake or in-correctly. However there are a few circumstances (such as where branded goods are purchased) where we can take these goods back and re-sell them at a later date. In such circumstances we will refund you the cost of the goods less the return shipping cost and a 25% handling fee (subject to a minimum charge of £25). We reserve the right to pay you any refunds in the form of store credit, which can be used against any future orders.
Cancellation Policy
Since the majority of orders enter production as soon as the order is received and in light of our refunds policy, should you wish to cancel an order you must email us immediately to notify us of the cancellation. In circumstances where your order has not commenced production you will be refunded the full amount less a 15% handling fee (subject to a minimum charge of £25). We reserve the right to pay you any refunds in the form of store credit, which can be used against any future orders. You are advised to request a ‘read receipt’ for your email as proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Payments on account
For some customers we are able to offer payment on account. In these situations you will receive one invoice per month detailing all the transactions on your user profile. Copies of invoices or changes to invoices will be charged at £35 or €40. Invoices must be paid by the due date. Tessell8 will charge £20 or €25 plus interest at 3% per invoice, per month that is paid past the due date. Tessell8 reserve the right to remove credit faculties at any time without notice. Credit accounts are not guaranteed. Only one credit account per company. Additional accounts charged at £20 or €25 per account per month. Non Payment
If you know you will have trouble paying us, please speak to us so we can help.
In cases where we provide a web site for you or give your company store credit we reserve the right to remove the provision of the site and or store credit when invoices are unpaid past their due date.
Where payment is not made for more than 14 days after the due date store credit will be removed. In cases where we provide a web site for you the site will be switched to credit card payment only and an additional 5% will be added to the prices to cover the costs of the credit card payments we incur.
We reserve the right to remove the provision of a site completely where non payment exceeds 30 days from the due date and reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £150 for re-instigating the web site.
Delivery policy
We will deliver your goods to the address that is provided with the order and accept no liability for loss or delay that is a result of incorrect address information provided to us.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your goods reach you quickly and efficiently we cannot accept liability due to loss, delay or damage caused by events beyond our control such as (but not limited to) shipping carrier's delays, adverse weather conditions, civic unrest, acts of terrorism, war or acts of God.
Delivery timescales are between 1-3 business days although some locations may take longer.
